VARSITY COACHES:

Adam Nichols: Coach Nichols hails from Lapeer West High School in Michigan where he was a 4x state qualifier and finished in Second as a senior. He went on to wrestle for Central Michigan after high school.

YOUTH COACHES:

Ben Altmann: Ben has been involved in wrestling since 3rd grade but found a real passion for the sport in high school. It helped him gain confidence, grit, and problem solving skills. He was a 2x Marawood Conference Champion, 2x regional champion, 2x state qualifier, and placed 6th as a senior for Auburndale High School. After high school he continued to be involved in wrestling helping Onalaska Luther crown its first state champion while attending UWL. After graduate school he helped with the Johnson Creek Performance Wrestling and high school programs.

He’s excited to help grow this program into a state powerhouse program and look forward to continuing to not only develop high level wrestlers but also high quality young men and women.

Weston Klink: Coach Klink has been involved in wrestling since he was five. He hails from Hartford Union where he was a 2x Little Ten conference champion, 2X regional champion, Sectional champion, 2x state qualifier, placing 4th as a senior. He was also on Hartford’s state team qualifier teams twice. After high school he wrestled 157lbs at UW Parkside.

We’re excited to have his wealth of knowledge and experience on our staff.

He will be most responsible for our Level 2 program and is on the high school staff.
